Grandparents get more scam calls than anyone. Watching together is a gentle way in.

  1. Watch an episode with them: the jokes make the lesson stick, without lecturing.
  2. Share the rule: hang up, look up the real number, call back.
  3. Remind them banks never ask to move money to a "safe account" or for security codes.
  4. Set up the family code word together.
  5. Make sure they know they can always ask you, any time, and you will never mind.
