Nana's Rules
Welcome to Granny Academy, where Nana Coral trains Gary, Bubbles and Professor Shelldon in three rules: pause, call back, ask family. Tendai runs her own academy for her gogo, and Gary sits the final exam: a real scam call.
Today's rule: Pause. Call back. Ask family.
What kids learn
- Rushed? Pause. A real problem can wait
- Call back on the number you already know
- Never keep it secret from family

Talk about it together
- Agree three family rules: pause when rushed, call back on a number you know, and never keep a request secret from family.
- Encourage two-way help: children can help grandparents with tech, and grandparents can share their instincts.
- Remind everyone that real banks never ask you to move money to a "safe account" or keep it from family.
- Print a family code word card and keep it somewhere private.
